Withdrawal Policy

1. General Withdrawal Conditions

  • Withdrawals can only be made by the registered account holder or authorized representative.
  • All withdrawal requests must comply with the terms agreed upon during service registration.
  • The processing time for withdrawals may vary based on the selected payment method.

2. Withdrawal of Security Deposits

  • Security deposits for vehicle rentals or fleet services will be refunded after the vehicle is returned in satisfactory condition.
  • Any damages, unpaid fees, or violations may result in partial or full deduction from the deposit.
  • Deposits are typically processed within 7-14 business days after the final inspection.

3. Withdrawal of Earnings or Funds

  • Users with earnings from fleet management or ride-hailing services can request withdrawals according to their agreement.
  • Withdrawal requests must be submitted via the designated platform or form.
  • Processing time is 3-5 business days depending on the banking institution.

4. Service Termination & Refunds

  • Users may request to terminate their service with prior written notice.
  • Refund eligibility depends on the service type and the period remaining.
  • Non-refundable fees include administrative charges and processing costs.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14-30 business days from approval.

5. Payment Methods & Processing

  • Withdrawals will be processed using the same payment method used for deposits unless otherwise agreed.
  • FleetFlow Service is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

6. Fraud Prevention & Compliance

  • All withdrawal requests are subject to verification to prevent fraud and unauthorized transactions.
  • Users must provide valid identification or supporting documents if requested.
  • FleetFlow Service reserves the right to withhold withdrawals if fraudulent activity is suspected.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • This Withdrawal Policy is governed by Polish law.
  • Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kraków, Poland.

8. Amendments

FleetFlow Service reserves the right to update this Withdrawal Policy at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
